biography
Jessica Ng is television host, journalist and former CTV Morning Live Saskatoon anchor.
After working as a musician and studying at Berklee College of Music and York University, she shifted gears into broadcasting. She studied sports journalism at Centennial College in Toronto, where she won the Dean’s Award for Entrepreneurship and Innovation. She began her career covering the Toronto Blue Jays and MLB.
Her first move eastward was to Kingston, Ont., where she interned at Global News and volunteered Cogeco YourTV Kingston.
Jessica battled blood cancer (and won!) in 2018, before moving to Fredericton, NB as a reporter for CTV Atlantic. She then anchored and hosted CTV Morning Live Saskatoon, interviewing first responders, health experts, politicians and performers.
She also holds an advanced French language diploma, an honours bachelor’s degree in music from York University, and her Master of Music Cum Laude in performance from Berklee College of Music in Valencia, Spain.
